Here at BACK YARD HAVEN POLY, we only use Type 316 Marine Grade stainless steel because it's considered superior to Type 304 (used by most competitors), which includes Molybdenum, which significantly enhances its corrosion resistance, especially in chloride environments like seawater. It also offers better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making it ideal for marine and chemical applications.
